Service Scope Reminder: Licensify offers authentication, licensing, and security automation tools for software creators. We do not sell or develop games or entertainment products, and payments processed through Licensify relate strictly to our software infrastructure services.
At Licensify, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains your rights regarding subscription cancellations and refunds.
Our Free Plan does not require payment and can be used indefinitely. You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. No refunds are applicable as no payment is required.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by:
Important: When you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will automatically downgrade to the Free Plan.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time Pro and Advance plan subscribers:
We do not provide pro-rated or partial refunds for cancelled subscriptions. If you cancel during your billing period, you will retain access to paid features until the end of that period, but no refund will be issued for unused time.
Refunds may be granted outside the 7-day window in the following exceptional circumstances:

To request a refund:
You can downgrade your subscription plan at any time. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No refunds or credits are provided for the difference in price between plans.
When you upgrade from a lower-tier plan to a higher-tier plan, you will be charged the difference immediately on a pro-rated basis for the remainder of your current billing cycle. Your next full billing cycle will be at the new plan's rate.

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST, VAT, etc.) which will be added at checkout based on your billing location. Razorpay payment processing fees are non-refundable.
After cancellation or downgrade to Free Plan:
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or have a billing dispute, please contact us first at support@licensify.space before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving all billing issues fairly and promptly.
Important: Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate account suspension pending resolution.
We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers at least 30 days in advance.
